The Western Region has many working opportunities available to its members that will continue through June.
I want to take this time to stress the importance of having a TWIC card. A TWIC card is a government background check and is required on many of our projects. To apply for a TWIC card, click here.
The Western Region is also expecting a large amount of work over the next few years building new facilities and expanding existing ones. There will be a continued need for everyone to keep their welding, rigging, forklift, and mobile elevated platform certifications up to date. The summer months are usually slower and a good time to check with your training department and update your certifications.
