A new SSMRC delegate was sworn in at the March staff and delegate meeting in Fort Worth, Texas.
Ron Fritzemeire representing Local 1192 was sworn in by UBC Southern District Vice President, Dennis Donahou during the March 11 delegate meeting.
SSMRC President and Nuclear Representative, David Bonds also announced his retirement, after more than 40 years of service to the brotherhood. Donahou and SSMRC Executive Secretary – Treasurer, Wayne Jennings presented Bonds with a crystal gavel, as a token representing the time he served as President of the SSMRC.
